Responsible to meet the sales conversion goals set by Team Supervisor Following set priorities put forth by supervisor on an ongoing basis to ensure time management and good workflow Responsible to ensure that all leads assigned by supervisor are handled properly Accountable to ensure all patients (leads) receive accurate information in regards to services and process Infinite Services provides Accurately gather patient demographic information Obtain Primary and Secondary Insurance information from the patient, patient family or referral source Verify that Primary Insurance are active and ensure that patient has secondary insurance in portal as per training provided If patient does not have secondary insurance follow process as discussed in training Be a consistent point of contact with the patient/ patient family until confirmation from MD has been received that visit has been completed Responsible to ensure that MED B tracker is accurate and consistently updated as related to sales conversions and MD visits etc.
Professional and documented Communication to ensure cohesive team work o Be the point of contact for escalations in regards to obtaining MD orders, or reaching patient etc.
