You must be punctual, organized and have the ability to multitask.
We have two busy prenatal and pediatric offices so you must enjoy being around kids and thoroughly enjoy children.
You also must be able to travel to both offices (Point Pleasant and Avon By The Sea).
The right individual is mac friendly and has experience with spreadsheets and tech savvy.
Job Type:
Full time, 35-40 hours a week, depending on the week.
Part time- 22-24 hours a week Pay:
Starts at $17-$21/hour depending experience
Benefits:
You will have a 3 day weekend at least twice a month.

Paid time off ( Full time) Supplements at cost An average day as our Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist could look like this:
- Day starts at 8:
30 ( Saturdays start at 8am), open office and set up for the day (answer text messages, answer phone messages and all steps to open office are taken) - Morning huddle with doctor/doctors (go over schedule and talk about any issues with doctor/doctors -Greet all patients with a smile and Good Morning or Good Afternoon, take payments from patients and make next appointment -Answering phones and text messages during the day (scheduling patients, new patients and rescheduling patients) -Holding babies, playing with the littles when Mom/Dad are seeing doctor -Day ends around 6:
30pm, closing office up and set up for the next day Schedule:
Monday Avon office 8:
30-12:
30 (lunch) 1:
30-6:
30pm (Full/Part time) Tuesday Point office 8:
30-1:
00 (lunch) 2:
00-6:
30pm (Full time) Wednesday Avon office 830-1:
