We specialize in junk removal and demolition, servicing all of Ocean & Monmouth counties.
We are seeking a positive, confident, motivated and able individual to join our office customer service representatives.

Summary:
You will confidently answer a high volume of incoming calls converting potential customer to jobs on the calendar, confirm appointments, respond to quickly & efficiently to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide quality general information.
You will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in the services we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing bookings online and over the phone.
You will also inform customers of the service terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
Call Center Agent Qualifications and Skills Excellent data entry and typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute.
Have a strong attention to detail and ability to listen and interpret information accurately.
Able to use multiple computer applications while taking customer inquires over the phone Confidence and Strong Communication Skills for Outreach Calls High school diploma or equivalent Previous Customer Service Required Proficient in relevant computer applications & telephone use 1-3 years of experience in a busy call center or office environment Knowledge of customer service practices and principles Must be detail oriented and able to pass test to prove such.
Possess strong forward thinking skills Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer incoming calls within one ring and respond to customer's emails promptly Management and resolve customer complaints in a timely fashion Sell services and place customer bookings in the computer system accurately and promptly Identify and escalate issues to supervisors in a timely fashion Provide service information to customers Research required information using available resources Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software Route calls to appropriate resources Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls Follow up customer calls where necessary Knowledge of products and services Communicate effectively and keep accurate notes on bookings between all parties Complete call logs and reports Other duties as assigned Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.

Schedule 6-8 Hour Shifts.
Saturdays 1/2 times per month.
Our office is open Monday-Friday 7am-8pm and Saturday 8am-6pm.
