The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing and enjoys working in a team environment.
An excellent communicator, the ideal candidate for this position is confident in describing the benefits of menu items and is able to quickly identify customers' dietary needs.
Responsibilities:
Scoop ice cream using an ice scoop.
Be able to scoop cones and cups at an adequate pace.
Put cones and cups in a cup holder of the ice cream cart.
Use body posture that is not slouched.
Make sure that all ice cream scoops are the same size.
Make milkshakes and use airfryer/toaster to create other menu items.
Keep track of inventory.
Work well with others.
Greet and assist all customers.
Make ice cream sandwiches and ice cream cakes.
Assist with birthday parties and taking cake orders.
